The Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram Constituency, Hon. Sam Nartey George has questioned Ghanaians to mention what the Nana Akufo-Addo led government has done so far with all the monies they have borrowed in a space of 5 years.
Well-meaning Ghanaians took to the streets of Accra on February 10, 2022, to register their rejection and displeasure in the current e-levy bill on the table of Parliament for consideration after it was mentioned in the 2022 budget of the NPP.

According to Sam George, it is clear that Akufo-Addo does not mean well for Ghana because he has borrowed over GHC300 billion in a space of 5 years yet there is nothing tangible to show for the exorbitant borrowing.
He accused the leaders of the e-levy tax of trying to siphon public funds as they have already established a company and allocated some $240 million to the company for the collection of the e-levy.
