In this chapter, I’m going to tell you about the siblings of Tyrese Gibson, an American singer and actor, and his parents. The singer, songwriter, and actor Tyrese Gibson was born and raised in Watts, Los Angeles, California.

Tyrese Gibson and his three older siblings were singlehandedly raised by their mother following the fact that their father left them without the needed fatherly attention.
The actor who is also known as Black-Ty became famous when he featured in a Coca-cola advertisement back in 1994 singing the phrase “Always Coca-Cola”. RCA Records early in 1998 signed Tyrese as a recording artist on their label.
After that, he released his debut single “Nobody Else” which quickly rose on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, peaking at Number 36. He went on to release six albums with Black Rose (2015), debuting at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200, becoming his highest-charting album.
However, Tyrese had his first starring role in John Singleton’s coming-of-age hood film Baby Boy (2001) and then began appearing as Roman Pearce in the Fast & Furious franchise.
Tyrese reunited with Singleton for the action film Four Brothers (2005) and plays Robert Epps in the Transformers franchise. He appeared in the comedy film Ride Along 2 (2016). He will also be appearing in an upcoming superhero film titled Morbius (2022).
Childhood and Early Life
Priscilla Murray Gibson (mother) raised him after his father Tyrone Gibson left in 1983. He had a difficult childhood and he once said that he went to school most days so that he could eat.
The school, Locke High in Watts, also provided him with a solid musical and acting education that served as a foundation for his career. After graduation, he enrolled at ‘Florida A&M University.

Siblings
Tyrese Gibson has three other siblings. Among the four children birthed by his parents, he is the youngest or for lack of better words the last born.
Tyrone Gibson is the older brother of superstar Tyrese Gibson. He is also the owner and CEO of Real Street music productions (artist/music).
Shonta Gibson is Tyrese Gibson’s elder sister. She is an accomplished radio personality, host, blogger, writer, and author.
Eddie Bell is the husband of Shonta. Shonta and Eddie Bell are parents to children of their own whom they are raising very well in the United States.
Salendra Gibson alias Elder Salendra Campbell is also a sister to Tyrese. Elder William Charles Campbell III is the love of Salendra.
Elder Salendra is living her life out in Escondido, Califonia with her husband who is an ex-US marine. They are both parents to children of their own.
The Hollywood star obviously the beacon of the family still maintains a cordial relationship with mother and siblings. There is not enough information on his father Tyrone since he wasn’t exactly in the picture during his early life.
