Aburi Botanical Gardens
If you are planning to go out with your family into the Eastern Region of Ghana, the ideal place for you is definitely the Aburi Botanical Gardens.
The garden occupies an area of 64.8 hectares. It was opened in March 1890 and was founded by Governor William Brandford-Griffith and Dr. John Farrell Easmon.

Boti Waterfalls
Feeling the wonders of nature would definitely catch up with you when you visit the Boti waterfalls in the Eastern Region.
Boti Falls is a twin waterfall located at Boti in Yilo Krobo municipal district. These twin falls are referred to as female and male.

The Umbrella Rock
The Eastern Region of Ghana also presents one of the oldest natural phenomena which is the Umbrella Rock.
It can be found at the site of the Boti Falls. As the name implies, the overhang on the top is large enough to cover 12 to 15 people at once. Even though the pivot on which the top rock lies might seem small, it's very strong.

Sajuna Beach Club
Also found in the Eastern Region is the Sajuna Beach Club. This is a great place to enjoy yourself. You can relax on the beautifully designed private beach, or have a barbecue on the white sand.
