The Controller And Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) has in a letter disclosed dates of every month in 2022 on which salaries of public sector workers will be paid.
It is customary for the department which is the sole handler of finances of the government and responsible for proper accounting and disbursement of funds in payment of wages and salaries of public sector workers across the country.
In the letter which was signed by the Ag. Controller and Accountant General, the general public is informed that the various banks of individual employees will be making the payments into their accounts on the dates published and any change will be communicated as such.
