So who is Pizzaman?
The brains behind the Pizzaman venture are Christian Boakye Yiadom ( Chief Executive Officer) and Essuman-Amankwah Ebenezer (Chief Operations Officer).

Christian Boakye Yiadom (Chief Executive Officer) is a determined and solution-oriented individual who has a great passion for entrepreneurship and loves taking risks. He is the founder and CEO of CEQA FOODS AND BEVERAGES GHANA LTD, formerly JAC Grain Catering Services.
Christian has engaged in several businesses such as the import and sales of pen drives, calculators, event organizations, and many more. He started cooking at the age of 8, and his interest in the food and beverage industry has grown so much that he intends to remain in that field to see CEQA FOODS gain international recognition beyond Africa.
Christian won the PROMISING ENTREPRENEUR award from the NATIONAL UNION OF GHANA STUDENTS in 2018. He was part of the top 10 winners of the presidential Pitch 2019.
Essuaman-Amankwa Ebenezer is a 28-year-old self-driven young entrepreneur working as the Chief Operations Officer – COO. He is a Ghanaian, born and raised in Salt pond in the Central Region of Ghana. His passion for entrepreneurship is a result of trying to make ends meet for himself and considering it as the only means of survival since his childhood days.

His passion for entrepreneurship grew stronger and partnered with his final year roommate to come up with a food business on campus which is now known as CEQA Foods And Beverages GH Ltd. (Pizzaman-Chickenman).
He is currently the Chief Operations Officer of CEQA Foods And Beverages GH Ltd. and reading MBA (International Business Management). He is looking forward to seeing his dream of being part of the team that created the largest and most transformational food industry in Africa and beyond become a reality.
Pizzaman Background
Pizzaman started with the sales of pizza in slices in 2018 January. It started in a rented apartment located opposite the Sharp Kids Academy at Kotei-Kumasi in the Ashanti region of Ghana. This venture was started by 2 students Namely Christian Boakye Yiadom and Ebenezer Essuman-Amankwah. They both read BSc Actuarial Science and BSc Mathematics respectively with the immense support of Prince Owusu, who was also a student of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology.

After their first contract, which was awarded by the then SRC women’s Commissioner of KNUST namely Miss. Ruth Anku-Gbetanu, a lot of orders came in from other organizations such as the Medical Students Association (KNUST), Social Sciences Students Association, and the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS_KNUST).
News about PIZZAMAN began to spread as it was a bit surprising to see a former Presidential aspirant of the KNUST students Representative Council engaging in a food business.
Eventually, the market share grew and there was a need to introduce the selling of full boxes of pizza. The first commercial full box of pizza was sold on 14th April 2018. It then continued from that day until June 2018 when the business went on a recess due to financial obstacles.
On 7th September 2018, Pizzaman was moved from the apartment in Kotei to a small shop at Ayeduase, opposite the Victory Towers Hostel. From that period, pizza was sold daily. A revenue of GHC12,000 was generated in the first month of operation, which looked promising.
October 2018 would have been a great month until there was a student demonstration at KNUST which led to the closedown of the pizzeria since the market was targeted at students during those moments.
Pizzaman along the line attracted some innovators, and these people eventually became a part of the team. Miss Kekeli Awume and Mr. Martin Dari.In May 2019, Pizzaman closed down again and came up stronger with a sister Brand Called Chickenman in January 2020.
Pizzaman Education
Christian Boakye Yiadom ( Chief Executive Officer) – He has a bachelor’s degree (1st class honors) in Actuarial Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a professional diplomat Certificate in Food and Beverage Management from the Bocconi University, and a professional diplomat in Data Analysis from the University of Colorado. He is currently enrolled in MA Finance and Investment at the Berlin School of Business In Germany.
Essuman-Amankwah Ebenezer (Chief Operations Officer) – He worked as a Salesperson at a small mobile banking firm in Accra after Basic School. He later went ahead to read General Science in Senior High School and worked as a field supervisor in a wood processing company, MFC Venture-K Ltd. in Tema for two years upon completion.

With his strong passion for higher education, he went ahead to pursue BSc Mathematics in at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science And Technology, Kumasi, and worked alongside as a clearing agent at Tema Port under Kobden Logistics Co Ltd. during vacation till he completed University.
