The Managing Director of the Ghana Airports Company Ltd. or the former Managing Director I should say has spoken for the first time after a letter circulated to be his appointment termination letter by Nana Akufo-Addo.
Earlier on February 9, 2022, a letter, signed by Hon. Kwaku Ofori Asiamah, the honorable directed that the appointment of Mr. Yaw Kwakwa be terminated as it is a directive from the president of the country.
Speaking to the issue of him losing his job, the MD mentioned that he is not aware of the termination of his contract and has not been briefed on the circumstances that may result in such a decision.
According to Mr. Yaw Kwakwa, he is still holding on to his position and should not be addressed as a former Managing Director.
