After spending a few days relaxing in the country’s capital city, Accra, the third place holders of the National Science and Maths Quiz, the Keta SHTS Quiz Team arrives gallantly back in the Volta Region to continue with the thank-you tour and appreciation.
Ghanaians have been so kind to these young ones for the effort they put in to get the image of the Volta Region and Keta SHTS captured in the history books and archives of the National Science and Maths Quiz contest after both the region and the school made it to the finals for the first time.

The quiz team while in Accra made a number of media appearances with the Joy News channel as well as the State broadcaster, Ghana Broadcasting Corporation. They also had a meet-and-greet session with the management of Citi Tv and Citi Fm where Francisca Lamini, one of the two females in the team and the only female who appeared in the grand finale was presented with a GHC50,00 cash prize.
Finally, on 30th November 2021, the Keta SHTS Quiz team arrives in the Volta Region along with their coordinators. The arrival of the team was characterized by a massive procession by other students and the entire Keta township who came to see their heroes.

This is a great encouragement and inspiration to other students in Ketasco who harness the potential of not only the National Science And Maths quiz but other competitions that can show to the world how special they are.
