The 46th president of the United States of America, Joe Biden has written an official declaration to transfer the power of the presidency to his vice president Kamala Harris for medical reasons.
In a letter cited by Trendsmaniac News Team, Mr. Biden explained that he was going to embark on some medical treatments that will take off his feet of normalcy hence he will be unable to discharge the duties conferred on him by the majority of US citizens until further notice.
The letter which was signed by the president himself was addressed to Patrick Joseph Leahy, the President pro tempore of the United States Senate.
This means that until President Joe Biden rewrites to counter his current declaration, Vice President Kamala Harris shall in accordance with the law assume the responsibilities of the president of the US and the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of America.
Though the letter specifically stated that the president will be in some form of sedation within the period of his medical checks, it is unclear what exactly is wrong with him and we cannot speak on that a the moment. However, we will bring to you any further details on this subject matter as they are available to us.
