Is Ghana safe?
Ghana popularly referred to as the black star of Africa is one of the most peaceful countries in the world with evidence to prove the steady peace since the country gained independence and more importantly after the inception of constitutional rule.
Since the country’s independence was announced on March 6, 1957, there have been a series of coups targeted at the betterment of the country with most from the late Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings, the same man who led the country into constitutional rule in 1992.
While the country has enjoyed peace over the last 30 years, there has always been one big question left answered and I bring you everything you need to know about whether Ghana is safe or not in these recent times of world revolution.
So, is Ghana safe?
Yes, Ghana is safe and as a matter of fact, the country will be safe for years to come because of the measures being put in place by both the leadership and the citizens on their own societal and community levels.
In the latter part of 2021 and the first half of 2022, the national security operators of the country have won that there are some possible ‘terrorist attacks’ that were cited through intelligence gathering, and citizens will have to speak up when they see strange people.
Will you recommend Ghana to anyone?
Honestly, when security matters are the bases of the recommendation, the answer to the above question will always be yes. Ghana should always be the first destination on that vacation plan list.
To conclude, I am recommending Ghana to you as the safest place for your tourism and tourist attractions so hurry because the peaceful atmosphere is worth it.
