Girl child education has also been an agenda championed by many human rights activists and feminists over the year and things seem to be falling in place in recent and the 2021 WASSCE results are justifying it all.
Over the weeks we have intercepted results of some students who sat for the 2021 WASSCE for school and the results of the girls are just being phenomenal.
In this article, we give you a summary of some girls who by dint of hard work have scored straight A’s in their final exams and why they need to be coached and mentored for a bright future.
1. Francisca Lamini
Francisca Lamini is a genius as many people will like to put it. A former science student of Keta SHTS, she was the only girl who participated in the grand finale of the 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz. Francisca was adjudged the Most Outstanding Female contestant of the competition and what was seen afterward is magical. She wrote WASSCE for Private and WASSCE for School and score 8As in all subjects across.

2. Rosalinda Kokoe Kumordzi
Rosalinda Kumordzi was a student of Ghana National College and she did not hesitate to make her parents proud and raise high the flag of her school and the image of her teachers. This young girl finished high school at age 16 and will live proud afterward.

3. Mabel Esinam Honu
Over the years, Ghanaians have created perceptions about those who study Home Economics in high school but Mabel Esinam Honu has proven them all wrong. This smart girl defied all societal odds and came out of SHS with 7As and a B3 in Economics from Keta SHTS.

4. Priscilla Nyarko
Priscilla Nyarko completed Nyankumasi Ahenkro Senior High School in the Central Region. Though nature has not been fair to her and her family she came out of SHS with flying colours. This young lady sells kenkey at night to support her family but did not let that way her down in making good grades. As a Home economics student, 3A1s, 2B3s and 3B2s.
