Francisca Lamini, the most Outstanding Female Contestant at the 2021 edition of the National Science Maths Quiz has received some good news from a group of female Chief Executive Officers of some of the country’s biggest and promising companies.

This new offer has added to the list of offers Francisca Lamini has received from benevolent people and companies since the grand finale of the quiz competition.

We discovered that a group of CEOs had a meeting with Francisca and her sponsors where some decisions were taken to protect her and give her a good future. The CEOs have established an Education Endowment Fund in which they planted an initial development fund of GHC10,000 for Francisca’s higher education.

This great support for the amazing came after Francisca’s performance impressed Miss Angela Kyerematen-Jimoh who was an IBM Africa and the Middle East Manager. She has since the end of the contest made efforts to provide support for Francisca’s Brilliance hence bringing together a group of people just like her.

In a short meeting held with Francisca Lamini, the group expressed how great they felt about her performance in the contest for the first time in 8 years and pledged to support from all angles including providing mentorship in all her spheres of life.

Francisca Lamini on her part disclosed how grateful she was for the kind gesture extended to her by the amazing CEOs while calling on girls to show interest in the study of Science, Technology, English, and Mathematics (STEM) education.

Organizers of the National Science and Maths Quiz, Primetime Limited, represented by Nana Akua Ankomah-Asare, the Managing Director, expressed her gratitude for the support as well.
