After the address by its founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, the official page of Facebook now Meta posted:
“Announcing Meta — the Facebook company's new name. Meta is helping to build the metaverse, a place where we'll play and connect in 3D. Welcome to the next chapter of social connection.”
The names of the apps that we build—Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp—will remain the same.”

The move is largely dependent on the company's desire to make its platforms better for users and create a whole new world as announced by the Chief Executive officer. As Facebook rebrands, users are relaxed.
The world is keenly looking forward to seeing how the rebranding is going to affect the use of the services provided by the company and whether there'll be improvements that will make one enjoy being on the platform.
