Celebrated American singer and rapper Cardi B, who was/is with rapper Offset has won at least $1 million in a court case against a YouTuber who called her a prostitute some 3 years ago.
The laws of the United States were tested once again after a case before the judicial courts of the country was ruled in favour of Cardi B and compensation of at least $1 million was also ruled to be given to her for the time and resources spent in pursuing the case.
After a nearly three-year fight, TMZ news reports that Cardi B has won her federal libel case against YouTuber Tasha K who called the well-known singer out online as a ‘prostitute with no apologies.
This case only goes a long way to serve as a warning to other online publicists who wants to ride at the back of fakery to make it in their industry.
