Busta Rhymes is a celebrated American rapper, songwriter, film actor, and record producer who has made records over the decade.
Busta Rhymes was born under the name Trevor George Smith Jr. in Brooklyn, New York City on May 20, 1972, to Geraldine Green, his mother, and Trevor Smith Sr., his father both from Jamaica.
The artiste received his stage name from Chuck D, named after NFL and CFL wide receiver George “Buster” Rhymes.
After his parents moved into Long Island, Busta Rhymes attended George Westinghouse Career and Technical Education High School in Brooklyn alongside “The Notorious B.I.G” and “Jay Z” and eventually graduated from Long Island’s Uniondale High School in 1991.
Aside from his parents, he has siblings. Reports widely have it that the rapper has never been officially married but has six children. His children are; Trillian Wood-Smith, Mariah Smith, T’Khi Wood-Smith, T’ziah Wood-Smith, Cacie Smith
