Ghanaian businessman and philanthropist, Ibrahim Mahama has extended his goodwill to victims of the Bogosu-Apiate explosion which destroyed a whole community and left many people injured and dozens dead.
If you recall, we brought you reports of an incident involving a truck carrying explosives to a mining site exploding at the heart of a community near Bogosu in the Western Region of Ghana.
The incident caused the Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, and the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) of the Ghana Police Service to lead a delegation to the scene and force the government of Ghana to pay for the medical expenses of the 348 persons injured.
Well, Ibrahim Mahama also steps in to support the people at this lower moment of their lives. In a developing story, the report has it that the business mogul has donated 5000 bags of rice, 5000 tins of mackerel, and 1000 gallons of cooking oil to the victims.
